Pronto, Elevate Gourmet Brands’ community-driven grab n’ go marketplace, is excited to welcome local purveyor JustNosh to their SFO locations. Pronto now proudly carries four flavors of JustNosh bars that travelers can choose from: Snickerdoodle, Lemon, Double Chocolate Chip, and Peanut Butter.
Founded in San Carlos, California, in 2020, JustNosh is a collagen “protein bar you can trust,” made from only real ingredients (many are organically sourced) with no added flavorings. Each bar has at least 13 grams of total protein, 10g of collagen, is FODMAP friendly, gluten and dairy-free, and doesn’t contain any added refined sugars or seed oils.
“Eating nutritious and tasty food should be easy, even when you are short on time,” said founder Jennifer Newman. It was important for her that JustNosh bars be easily digested by those who typically struggle with sugars, gluten, whey, and fibers found in the majority of protein bars on the market. She knows that quality food means whole and organic where it matters, with minimally-processed ingredients that everyone can understand. “We’re deeply passionate about nourishing our bodies with the best quality foods, because food is medicine.”
The new partnership began when Ms. Newman discovered Pronto Provisions at San Francisco International Airport Terminal 3E. She then reached out to their page on Instagram to inquire about becoming a vendor.
“We knew right away that Jennifer and JustNosh were going to be the perfect fit for Pronto,” said Elevate Gourmet Brands CEO Brian Laliberte. “If you find yourself on the go and in need of a fast, convenient snack that is also healthy for you, look no further than these protein bars!
Pronto offers SFO travelers a diverse selection of curated provisions sourced locally from Bay Area purveyors. JustNosh joins other local favorites Jambar, 88 Acres, Indian Bento, Oodaalolly, Burma Love, Voila Juice, Esposto’s, Green Beans Coffee, and Ladle & Leaf with delicious, unique ready-to-eat meals, beverages, and sundries for all tastes. There are currently two Pronto locations at SFO, in Terminal 3E and 3F. A third location is planned for Terminal 1 in the summer of 2024.
